Well-being and employee development
At ULDALL, we work diligently every day to increase safety and well-being in the workplace. It is important to us that our employees have the best working conditions both mentally and physically.
Our annual employee satisfaction survey gives us a good indication of what we are doing right, but also in which areas we can create even better conditions for our employees. Therefore, we have established an Employee Satisfaction Panel that regularly meets with management to contribute ideas and new initiatives and to maintain high job satisfaction and a good working environment.
DIVERSITY AND LANGUAGE COURSES
70 percent of employees at ULDALL have a different ethnic background than Danish. The linguistic and cultural differences place demands on us as a workplace and on our leaders. Therefore, we offer Danish language classes to employees who do not have Danish as their first language, as well as courses for dyslexic individuals.

In 2023, we installed a new heat recovery system in our production. The new system benefits both the environment and the employees. In addition to recovering heat from our casting processes, it is also equipped with filters that significantly improve air quality.
